Topaz Trace Media Studios was founded on a simple observation: the marketing of elite real estate had fallen behind the properties themselves. While residences reached new heights of design and craft, their presentation remained stuck in photo galleries and floor plans.
We close that gap. By combining 8K cinematic capture, real-time spatial technology, and live hosted viewings, we give qualified buyers something no photograph can — the feeling of standing in the room. And we give owners and agents something equally valuable: complete control over who sees it, and when.
Every engagement is bespoke, every crew vetted, every deliverable confidential. We work with a deliberately small roster of owners, developers, and estate agents so that each property receives the attention a residence of distinction demands.
